The Supernatural TDN45C NEX AC/EL Guitar with Cutaway is handcrafted in our pro series facility that has been building precision quality instruments over five decades. The underlying theme of the Supernatural series is understated elegance. The satin finish provides durability and lasting beauty. The look is accented by a genuine wood inlaid rosette. Gold tuning machines with amber pearl buttons further add to the premium look of the instrument. All Supernatural series tone-woods are hand-selected, premium grade timbres. The solid red cedar top, supported by scalloped X bracing, is voiced to be deep and mellow and responds well to a light touch. An excellent choice for solo or duo performers or singer/songwriters. A solid Indian Rosewood back aids in projection. A pinless bridge makes string changing a breeze. The two-channel CT4-DX offers the ultimate in preamp flexibility. Used with the Palathetic under- saddle pickup, it offers four-band EQ (low, low mid, high mid, high) and two notch filter controls to reduce feedback. Add a second pickup (the Takamine Tri-Ax, for example), and the CT4-DX gives you independent control over both pickups, each of which will then have two-band EQ and a notch filter control. You can also alter the mix levels of each of the pickups. Other features include volume control and onboard tuner.
