Lay-By Policy

By placing an item on lay-by, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all lay-by purchases.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full within 8 weeks of the lay-by commencement date.
• If the lay-by is not finalised within 8 weeks, the 30% deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.
• If you choose to cancel your lay-by, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total invoice value will apply.
• We reserve the right to charge storage fees for overdue lay-by items where applicable.
• Items placed on lay-by cannot be inspected, collected, or used until the lay-by has been paid in full.
• Special order items (non-stock items ordered specifically at the customer’s request) are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Once the order has been placed with our supplier, no refunds or credits will be provided.
