By placing an item on lay-by, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Lay-By Terms
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Deposit | A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all lay-by purchases. |
| Payment period | The remaining balance must be paid in full within 8 weeks of the lay-by commencement date. |
| Overdue lay-by | If the lay-by is not finalised within 8 weeks, the 30% deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. |
| Cancellation | If you choose to cancel your lay-by, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total invoice value will apply. |
| Storage fees | We reserve the right to charge storage fees for overdue lay-by items where applicable. |
| Collection & use | Items placed on lay-by cannot be inspected, collected or used until the lay-by has been paid in full. |
| Special order items | Special order items (non-stock items ordered specifically at the customer's request) are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Once the order has been placed with our supplier, no refunds or credits will be provided. |
