Price Match Policy

* The complete price for the item including any shipping & handling charges

* The item is advertised by an Australian authorised reseller

* The advertised item is identical (same SKU) as our item and identical condition

* The advertised item is in stock at the competitor & available to supply immediately

* The price is current and based on the Australian distributors current RRP

 

We will not price match where -

* the seller is online only and does not have an Australian physical storefront

* the seller does not offer the same payment methods that we do (Eg. Zip Pay)

* we believe the price is an error (for example, where the incorrect RRP is shown and the website hasn't been updated)

* the advertised item is not the same SKU, condition or is incomplete.  This includes but is not limited to floor stock/ex-demo, refurbished, secondhand, open or no box, end of line/discontinued & missing components

* the competitor is a factory outlet, clearance centre, is not an authorised reseller, is under administration or liquidation

* the price is offered as part of a loyalty, rewards or membership program

We reserve the right to refuse a price match if the competitor price is below our cost price.

 

Discount Terms 

Discount codes are issued at our discretion and are intended to be used in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any discount code where it is used outside its intended purpose, applied incorrectly, or where misuse, technical error, or exceptional circumstances are identified.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes are valid for a maximum cart value of $3,000 AUD. Orders exceeding this amount may not be eligible for the discount, and we reserve the right to adjust or remove the discount accordingly at checkout or prior to fulfilment.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
