Price Match Policy
At Artie's Music Townsville, we want you to feel confident you're getting a great price. We will match any advertised price on any item we stock, provided we can verify that the following conditions are met.
We Will Price Match When
| Condition | Detail |

| Complete price | We can verify the complete price for the item, including any shipping and handling charges. A quote showing the item price and shipping costs may be required. |
| Australian authorised reseller | The item is advertised by an Australian authorised reseller. |
| Identical item | The advertised item is identical to our item, including the same SKU and identical condition. |
| In stock | The advertised item is in stock at the competitor and available to supply immediately. |
| Current pricing | The advertised price is current and based on the Australian distributor's current RRP. |
| Express shipping | Where an item is currently held in our store and the customer chooses delivery rather than collection, we may add an applicable express shipping cost to the price match. This ensures the comparison is based on equivalent supply and delivery terms. |
We Will Not Price Match Where

| Online-only sellers | The seller is online-only and does not have an Australian physical storefront. |
| Payment methods | The seller does not offer the same payment methods that we do, such as Zip Pay. |
| Pricing errors | We believe the advertised price is an error, for example where an incorrect RRP is shown and the website has not been updated. |
| Different or incomplete items | The advertised item is not the same SKU, condition or is incomplete. This includes, but is not limited to, floor stock/ex-demo, refurbished, secondhand, open-box or no-box items, end-of-line or discontinued products, and items with missing components. |
| Restricted sellers | The competitor is a factory outlet, clearance centre, is not an authorised reseller, or is under administration or liquidation. |
| Loyalty or membership pricing | The price is offered as part of a loyalty, rewards or membership program. |
| Below cost | The competitor's price is below our cost price. |
Discount Terms

| Discount codes | Discount codes are issued at our discretion and are intended to be used in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any discount code where it is used outside its intended purpose, applied incorrectly, or where misuse, technical error, or exceptional circumstances are identified. |
| Maximum cart value | Unless otherwise stated, discount codes are valid for a maximum cart value of $3,000 AUD. Orders exceeding this amount may not be eligible for the discount, and we reserve the right to adjust or remove the discount accordingly at checkout or prior to fulfilment. |
| Combining offers | Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. |
| Changes and cancellation | Discount codes are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. |

Price matches are subject to verification and approval by Artie's Music Townsville. We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence of the competitor's advertised price, availability, SKU, condition and applicable shipping costs before approving a price match.
