The turn around is usually within 24 - 48 hours depending on staff & backlogged restrings. Otherwise we will hold the guitar and discuss a suitable time for you to collect (we are super flexible!)
Note: we will inspect your guitar prior to accepting to see if there is any noticeable damage such as a lifting bridge, loose bracing or cracks. We will not accept a guitar that we believe our restring will cause further damage.
