Xtreme KT140 Keyboard Stool

The Xtreme KT140 is a heavy–duty keyboard stool designed for extended playing sessions and reliable stage use. Built around a professional crossed–leg frame, it provides stable support for keyboardists who need height adjustment without compromising structural integrity. The four–position height mechanism spans 55cm to 66cm, covering a 11cm range that accommodates different playing postures and keyboard heights. This stool prioritises function over frills, with a construction approach that places durability at the forefront for musicians who transport gear regularly or play multi–hour rehearsals and performances.

The crossed–leg design distributes weight across four contact points, reducing wobble and flex during dynamic playing. Each height position locks securely, preventing drift mid–performance. The adjustment range begins at 55cm for lower setups like 61–key controllers on desktops, rising to 66cm for full–size 88–key stage pianos on standard stands. The frame geometry keeps the centre of gravity low even at maximum extension. Rubber feet on each leg protect studio floors and prevent sliding on polished stages. The padded seat cushion maintains comfort during long sessions without excessive thickness that would alter the effective sitting height.
